Since many years I've been following the path of Yoga. In my opinion this practice gives a great base for any kind of improvement. Self-Development plays a big role in Yoga as it uses meditation and breathwork to create a better awereness of one self, an experience that cultivates authenticity. Seeing the benefits that Yoga brought me inspiried me to learn how to pass this to everyone who wants or needs it.

My Practice includes:
Vinyasa-, Astanga-, Hatha- and Iyengar Yoga, combined with a regular Meditation and Breathwork practice
